Hind on täiesti kooskõlas toote kvaliteediga. Uue eseme lahti pakkimisel oli juba selge, et see on halva kvaliteediga. Esiratas on kõver, kõik liigesed on lõtvad ja lonkavad. 7-aastane laps sõitis 4 päeva ja tagaratta laager kukkus kokku. See hõlmas sirge ratta lukustuse purunemist. Granant võttis ka aja maha ja valmistus kuu aega remondiks, ehkki kohaletoimetamise ajal kirjutati tagastamise kiri.
