See on häbi, kuid olen pettunud. Kauba tellimisel 2 identset. Üks oli defektne (rebenenud). Uus kaup on olnud transiidil juba pikka aega, kuid see pole kõige hullem. Asi on selles, et värvid on erinevad. Tulemuseks on see, et tellisin kaks ühesugust ja üks pruun on teine pruunikasroosa. Ma saan aru, et võib-olla teiste jaoks pole see midagi sellist ja minu jaoks on see tragöödia !!! Kõike tõstab esile asjaolu, et värv on erinev, sobiv. Toote asendamise ajal oli teenus väga hea. Selliseid töötajaid tuleb hinnata.
