Diivaniga olen rahul, kuid pettumus oli see et juhendit ei olnud kaasas. Pidin ise uurima kus kohast saan. Juhendi saamisega läks ka aega oma 3-4 tööpäeva . Ning leian et suuremaid esemeid võiksid siiski aidata kullerid ka tuppa tuua.
Pigu.lt ei jälgi lepingutingimuste täitmist ega vaevu isegi kliendiga ühendust võtma ostulepingu täitmata jätmise osas (seadusandluse kohaselt sõlmib klient toote ostmisel lepingu müüja). Oleks pidanud tarnima 08-05, tarnima 08-13. Samuti ei taheta võtta vastutust lepingutingimuste mittetäitmise eest. Diivani osad ja padjad (nagu arvata võib) on erinevat tooni, seljaosad erineva paksusega, värv ei vasta üldse kirjeldatule või fotol kujutatule (kirjutati tumeroheline ja sain smaragdi värv, mis ei sobi tegelikult ruumi keskkonnaga). Seega ei ole mööbel kvaliteetne, nagu firma kirjelduses kirjas. Info kokkupanekujuhendis on ebaselge (tootjad peaksid IKEA-st õppima – isegi naised oskavad mööblit nende juhiste järgi kokku panna).
