Tere, toode on tellitud klaaspudelis ja sain kätte plastpudelis. Kuna see oli mõeldud kingituseks, mitte käekotis kaasaskandmiseks, siis minu jaoks see ei sobinud. Võtsin Teiega telefoni teel ühendust, palusite meilile pretensiooni kirjutada. Sain vastuse, et vahetate selle 14 päeva jooksul peale poodi jõudmist. Tulin eile, pimedas, aega raiskades ja esitasin taotluse, aga teie au. töötaja ütles, et parfüümi ei saa kasutada... kuna BAR kood on sama. Kuid kauba kodeerimine on juba teie, mitte ostja asi. Järgmine kord müüte parfüümi purgis ja see on sama toode? Olin pettunud teie kommetes ja austuses ostja vastu... Kas seda kõike poleks saanud telefoni teel ära rääkida ja mitte raisku lasta?
