Kaubale pretensioone ei ole, need on kohaletoimetamiseks saadaval: 1) Tarnevõimalus oli ainult üks - kuller koju. 2) Ei hoia kliendiga ühendust. Kauba kättetoimetamise teade oli SMS-i teel poolteist tundi. Ja siis nihutati see aeg tund aega varasemaks. (Kliendiga aega kokku ei lepitud, vaid kuller fikseeris.) Sel ajal polnud kedagi kodus. Järgmisel päeval on sarnane olukord. 3) Kiire tarne kestis 9 päeva.
