Nuga tundub mugav olevat. Istub mugavalt käes. Kummist käepide. Teras on hea, teritamise üle ma siiani ei kurda, tera on tehtud kahepoolseks lihvimiseks teritamiseks. Noa ots on pädev, tera keskel, mis koka jaoks mängib olulist rolli filee nikerdamisel ja juurviljade läbilõikamisel, aga ka puuviljade nülgimisel. Sashimi lõikamine saadakse pauguga. Õhukesi saiaviile on lihtne valmistada. Võimalik on ka noateraga midagi lõigata. Või/margariini määrimine, nagu moosid, pole kusagil lihtsam. Kuju osas on keskmiste sõrmede all taane (noa alguse servas tera kõrguseni) ja see võimaldab kiiresti lõigata ja sõtkuda ilma tahvlit sõrmedega puudutamata - see on koka noa tipphetk!
