Parcel size
The maximum weight of an Itella Smartpost parcel is 35 kg. The package must fit in one of the boxes below:
- M: 20 cm x 34 cm x 42 cm
- L: 34 cm x 36 cm x 42 cm
For each product, you will find information on whether the product of your choice can be delivered to Itella Smartpost parcel machine. If the product is heavier than 35 kg or the dimensions of the product are larger than indicated above - it is not possible to deliver the product to Itella Smartpost parcel machine. When ordering several goods, it is calculated whether they fit in the box, if the dimensions of the goods are larger than indicated above - then the delivery of goods to the Itella Smartpost machine is not possible.
Storage time of the shipment
The parcel will be stored in the terminal for 7 calendar days after our confirmation that the order is in the Itella Smartpost terminal and can be picked up. We will notify you of the incoming order by phone and e-mail. SMS and e-mail contain the terminal door code. Only with this code can you receive the shipment from the specified terminal. Keep the code until you receive the order from the machine. At the end of the seven-day period and without using the "parcel delivery" service, the parcel will be returned to Hobby Hall GROUP OÜ. Please note that shipments cannot be routed to another delivery location.
