Toode tellitud, tellimus võeti vastu. Märgiti kauba kättesaamise kuupäev. Toode ei jõudnud kohale ja sõnumeid ei tulnud. Helistasin ise kauba kättetoimetamise asjus ja jällegi mingit infot. Kui uuesti helistasin, kui kaupa ei saanudki, siis vastati, et selle hinnaga kaup on otsas. Samas pole infot ja teateid saabunud. Seejärel tehti minu initsiatiivil teise suhtluse käigus ettepanek tellimus tühistada ja teha uus tellimus. Selgub, et kui ma ise ei helistanud, oleksin oodanud seda tellimust, mida nad ei kavatsenud täita, pole teada, kui kaua !!!
