When delivering the product to the Warranty Centre, you must present the purchase document (invoice, purchase receipt or other proof of purchase), which also serves as the product's warranty card.
It is preferable that the Customer delivers the product to the Warranty Centre for warranty servicing in such a way that it can be switched on (the product should be delivered with its power supply and accessories included).
In the event that you buy one of these products and find that it is faulty, you have the right to return it to us within the time limit specified in the product's warranty card. In this case, the faulty product may, at your option, be repaired (if possible) or replaced free of charge with a quality product (if possible), or the price of the product may be reduced accordingly, or you may receive a refund.
