When delivering the product to the Warranty Centre, you must present the purchase document (invoice, purchase receipt or other proof of purchase), which also serves as the product's warranty card.

It is preferable that the Customer delivers the product to the Warranty Centre for warranty servicing in such a way that it can be switched on (the product should be delivered with its power supply and accessories included).

Please note that:

  • all costs related to the transport of the goods to and from the Warranty Centre shall be borne by the Buyer;
  • For repaired or replaced goods, the terms of the warranty apply for the remainder of the warranty period;
  • information contained in information carriers is not covered by the warranty. Costs for data loss or recovery are not covered. By taking the product for after-sales service, the consumer agrees that the data on the media will not be stored, as the seller does not provide this service.

In the event that you buy one of these products and find that it is faulty, you have the right to return it to us within the time limit specified in the product's warranty card. In this case, the faulty product may, at your option, be repaired (if possible) or replaced free of charge with a quality product (if possible), or the price of the product may be reduced accordingly, or you may receive a refund.
