Conditions and information for receiving the order from the pick-up point

Hansapost.ee when receiving the goods ordered from the e-shop from the pick-up point, please take into account:

  • Pick up the order only after you have received a message from Hansapost.ee by SMS or e-mail that the goods are present and ready for delivery.
  • Please take into account the dimensions and weight of the ordered goods and the necessary transport conditions.
  • Our customer service representatives do not deliver the parcel to the yard, to the car, etc.
  • Upon receipt of the goods, you must have a valid identity document (ID card, passport or driver's license) with you and please present it to Hansapost.ee customer service representative.
  • The order may also be picked up by a person other than the person indicated in the order (except if the purchase was made in installments). In order for the recipient of the order to change, please call customer service (saying the order number and the name of the person who will pick it up), send an e-mail or change the person in the online store via the notification of receipt of the parcel.
  • At Hansapost.ee pick-up point, purchases can be paid for in cash or by bank card, and you can also pay with gift cards.
  • At the pick-up point, we also accept returns of goods and prepare warranty documents.
  • We recommend that you pay for orders in advance by bank transfer, as this will significantly speed up the issuance of orders and reduce the waiting time.
