Arvuti, mille osa oli see toiteplokk, hakkas ennast ise taaskäivitama pärast poole aastast kasutamist järgmistes olukordades : 1. ülekoormus tarkvara koostamisel, 2.kõrvaklappide ühendamine esipaneelile. Pärast toiteploki asendamist teise mudeliga (Chieftac) lõppesid probleemid ja taaskäivitusi polnud isegi CPU pingetesti tegemisel. Qolteki puhul toimus poole aastase kasutamise järel kohe taaskäivitus, kui viisin läbi pingetesti. Mis puutub paneeli probleemidesse, siis peab toiteallikal olema ülepinge.
