- DEFINITIONS
1.1. Seller – Hobby Hall Group OÜ, legal code 14628015, legal address Luite 19a, 11313 Harjumaa, Tallinn. Customer service number +372 611 5511, hereinafter Hansapost;
1.2. Hansapost – electronic shop at www.hansapost.ee;
1.3. Client – a natural adult whose activities are not limited to a valid court order or a legal person;
1.4. Cooperation partner – a legal body offering goods or services in the Hansapost e-shop;
1.5. Account – a collection of personal data and order history registered on the Client's Hansapost page;
1.6. Hansapost accounts – Hansapost accounts on social networks such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc., which provide information about the products and services of the Hansapost e-shop;
1.7. Services – all services provided to the client by Hansapost;
1.8. Password – a combination of letters and numbers specified by the Client, which is used during the first step of registering as a Hansapost client. The password is required for future login to the account.
1.9. Cookie – a small file that is sent to the device of a customer visiting the Hansapost e-shop. This definition includes, in addition to a cookie file, the use of files of a similar nature;
1.10. Ordering terms and conditions – approved sales rules of Hansapost e-shop.
1.11. Direct marketing – an activity the purpose of which is to offer the Customer the goods and services of Hansapost by e-mail, telephone or other direct means or to ask the Client's opinion for the provision of planned goods or services.
- GENERAL PROVISIONS
2.1. The Privacy Policy of the Estonian branch of HobbyHall Oy sets out the rules for storing, collecting and processing personal data when using the services of Hansapost.
2.2. The Privacy Policy is designed to ensure security and protection of personal data for Customers in order to protect them from unlawful use of personal data.
2.3. By using the Hansapost site, the Client confirms that he/she agrees to these Privacy Terms and gives his/her consent to the processing of his/her personal data. The Privacy Policy is public and available to everyone on the Hansapost website. Each new client who enters into a sales transaction at Hansapost for the first time confirms the consent to the processing of personal data.
2.4. Hansapost's website contains links to the websites of other companies and organizations and that the Seller is not responsible for such websites or the terms and conditions of the privacy policy offered by them. In such cases, the Client must familiarize himself/herself with the rules of the companies promoting on the Hansapost website, the Privacy Policy and other documents.
2.5. The customer can make a purchase on the Hansapost website either by registering as a customer in advance or without registering. In the case of an unregistered purchase, the Customer is obliged to disclose the following personal data to the Seller: first and last name, address, phone number, e-mail address and delivery address. The client is responsible for the accuracy of the personal data disclosed by him/her.
2.6. Persons wishing to register on Hansapost must provide their valid e-mail address and set a password. In this way, the client creates an account for himself. When creating a customer account, we ask for the following information: Customer name, phone number, email address. The customer is responsible for the correctness of the given data. The customer is given a user ID when registering. The Customer has the right at any time to:
2.6.1. change and/or supplement personal data in the account or delete the Hansapost account. To delete your account, you must contact us by e-mail at [email protected];
2.7. The personal identification code of the Hansapost Client is required if the Customer purchases goods in instalments or makes a purchase from Hansapost Cooperation Partner
2.8. The Seller needs to collect the following personal data of the Customer for the following purposes:
2.8.1. E-mail address – necessary for sending the Customer an order confirmation and other documents related to the purchased goods (invoice, technical documentation, warranty documents, etc.); to contact the Customer in the cases provided for in the Terms of Use; With the consent of the client to send direct marketing offers.
2.8.2. Phone number – necessary to provide the Customer with information about the status of the order, including to inform the Customer together with the order number, if the goods are ready to be handed over via a parcel machine or another postal service, to send a message to the Customer who placed the order about how the order can be received; to contact the Customer in the cases provided for in the Terms of Use or to agree on the delivery of the goods when using the Courier Service; With the consent of the client to send direct marketing offers.
2.8.3. Personal identification code and identity document – necessary for placing an order for the Customer using hire-purchase, entering into an agreement with a hire-purchase partner and establishing the identity of the person.

- PROCEDURE FOR THE STORAGE AND USE OF PERSONAL DATA
4.1. The Seller confirms that the Customer's personal data are important for the Customer to be able to use the services of Hansapost (incl. the right to participate in campaigns).
The Seller uses the Customer's personal data for the provision of services and delivery of goods, communication with the Customer and performance analysis, and, if the Customer has given their consent, also for direct marketing purposes. Personal data are stored for seven calendar years from the moment the data is submitted to the Seller.
4.2. The Seller undertakes not to disclose the Customer's personal data to third parties, except in the following cases:
4.2.1. if the Client agrees to the disclosure of their personal data;
4.2.2. to provide a service or order goods or services from Hansapost Cooperation Partners, if the Customer's personal data is necessary for delivery;
4.2.3. in the manner prescribed by the legal protection authorities in the Republic of Estonia;
4.3. The following rights apply to the Customer:
4.3.1. to submit a written request to the Seller for the Seller to introduce the Customer to the personal data collected about him or her so far. The information is forwarded to the Client's e-mail address;
4.3.2. submit a written request to the Seller to receive information about the collection of their personal data and to investigate for which they are processed and to whom their data have been submitted within the last year. Information is provided to the Client by e-mail;
4.3.3. submit a request to the Seller by e-mail [email protected] to ask to cancel their account or suspend the processing of personal data if the processing of personal data has violated the conditions provided for in the Privacy Policy and the laws of the Republic of Estonia;
4.3.4. not to agree to the processing of personal data provided for in the Privacy Policy. In this case, the Customer is not able to purchase goods or services from Hansapost;
4.4. All incoming and outgoing calls are recorded and stored for two years from the time of submission of claims.
4.5. The Seller shall store the data related to the Customer's order for seven (7) calendar years from the calendar year following the end of the Seller's financial year, based on the purpose of ensuring the realization of the Seller's rights and obligations and the Customer's buyer and consumer rights (e.g. return of goods; warranty; recall of goods; arising from tax law; enabling the enforcement of claims of persons).
4.6. The customer is obliged to protect his username, password and other data. The Customer does not have to disclose their personal data to third parties, and the Seller is also prohibited from transferring personal data to third parties. If the Customer notices something suspicious, the Seller must be notified immediately.
4.7. In order to ensure the full quality of Hansapost's services, Hansapost uses cookies on its website. The Customer can see what kind of information (cookies) the Seller or the Seller's Cooperation Partners store, in addition, the Customer can also delete cookies partially or completely. By agreeing to the Privacy Policy, the Customer agrees that cookies will be added to his/her computer. The Client can withdraw the consent at any time, but in this case all the necessary functions of the Hansapost e-shop may not work. The Client has the right to ask Hansapost's Cooperation Partners which cookies they use.
4.8. The second type of cookies – used to collect information and collect statistical data in order to provide the Customers with relevant content that is of interest to them and to preserve the history of visits.
