By evaluating the ordered products, you give us important feedback and help other customers make a purchase decision. In addition, by leaving ratings, you automatically participate in raffles and you can win prizes!

How to evaluate products?

• Log in to Hansapost.ee online store.
• Click Subscriptions next to your details.
• On the My orders page, select the order whose products you want to evaluate or click Unappreciated productsto see all the unappreciated products.
• Rate the product and write a review.

When writing a review, note the following:

• Product reviews and comments must relate to the products in question or to the Hansapost.ee functionality of the online store.
• Don't post content that is criminal or contains criminal references.
• Don't post offensive, defamatory, harassing, threatening, or violent content. For example, do not post false information, do not use language that is contrary to established social norms, do not express anger or intolerance, do not post content based on race, ethnicity, gender, religion, beliefs, sexual orientation, age or disability. It is also prohibited to promote violence on the grounds of origin, social status, beliefs or attitudes, membership of political parties or organisations, and against any person or group of persons.
• Don't post content that is obscene, pornographic, or contains nudity or sexual images.
• Do not post content that violates or may infringe on third parties' personal and non-proprietary rights. For example, do not publish third-party photos or other intellectual property information.
• Don't post content that violates the privacy of others or discloses personal information: including but not limited to phone numbers, email addresses, mailing addresses, or other personal information.
• Do not post promotional materials or content that contains links to third-party sites. It is also forbidden to advertise or ask the consumer to buy or sell his goods or services.
• Do not post content that encourages or supports dangerous or inappropriate use of the product.

Please note that Hansapost.ee Reviews, feedback, responses and comments from users of the online store are checked by the editor of the page and will not be published if they do not comply with the above content rules. Verified reviews, responses, feedback, or comments will not be changed and will be published in their original form.

Customer reviews are used to rank products by rating. When ranked by rating, priority is given to those products that have received the most high ratings.

Users who have missed Hansapost.eereviews, feedback, responses, comments or other information in the online store are always considered the owner of this information and he is fully responsible for the accuracy and lawful use of this information. Hansapost.ee is not responsible for the fact that content published by the user may violate the rights or interests of third parties.

Hansapost.ee User reviews and ratings left on the website are also displayed on other e-platforms belonging to the same group, where translations are performed as automatic translations.

By posting reviews, comments, feedback, messages, ideas, suggestions or other content, the user confirms that he gives to the online store Hansapost.ee law (a non-exclusive licence where the use of the published content requires a licence) to publish, disclose, adapt, copy, reproduce or otherwise use.

Raffle Rules

Participation in the draw and time

You enter the raffle by leaving a rating for the purchased product in Hansapost.ee online store.

Employees of Hooby Hall Group or persons belonging to the same household as them are not eligible to participate in the draw. 

Prize

From time to time, various prizes are drawn between the participants of the raffle. By leaving a review, you automatically participate in the prize game.

Selection and announcement of winners

The organizer draws the winner for all Hansapost.ee between customers who have written a review in the online store. The winner will be notified in person by email. If the winner cannot be contacted within a week after the draw, the organizer has the right to draw a new winner. After that, the original winner will no longer be entitled to the prize. The winner can choose to refuse to receive the prize, in which case a new winner will be drawn. 

Processing of personal data

The name and contact details of the participants will only be used to carry out the raffle, inform about it and deliver the prize. Information provided by participants will not be disclosed or used for direct marketing purposes without the participant's consent. For more information on the Privacy Policy:hansapost.ee/et/t/privaatsuspoliitika.

Liability of the organiser

All fees related to the Prizes payable in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Estonia (incl. shipping costs) shall be paid by the Organizer. 

The Organiser is not responsible for any errors made by the User in providing personal and contact information. The organiser is not responsible for any interruptions to the internet connection. In the event of technical failures that impede the organisation of the game, the Operator must make every effort to eliminate them as soon as possible. 

If there is an important reason for this, the Organiser has the right to change the prizes, rules and conditions of the game by publicly announcing it on the Hansapost.ee e-shop page.

By participating in the raffle, the participants confirm that they have read these rules and undertake to comply with them.
