"MinuHansa" is intended for the most loyal customers who are interested in Hansapost.ee news and are the first to want to receive information and the benefits of regular customers. 

After becoming members of the "MinuHansa" loyalty program, you will be the first to be informed about our promotions, offers specifically for "MinuHansa" members, discounts and other additional benefits that only MinuHansa members receive. 


These rules determine the rules of "MinuHansa" and the benefits that are granted upon becoming a member of "MinuHansa". These rules apply to all members of "MinuHansa" when using the www.hansapost.ee website. We recommend that you print out or download and keep a copy of the rules so that you have the information they contain, if necessary. You can always view the current version of the rules on our website and you can contact us by e-mail to get a copy. This document is a legally binding agreement between you as a www.hansapost.ee website user and Hobby Hall Group OÜ as the www.hansapost.ee website operator.

These rules apply only to the members of the "MinuHansa" loyalty program.


By becoming a member of "MinuHansa" and using the benefits offered by "MinuHansa", you confirm that you have read these rules and other applicable terms and conditions (if any) and undertake to comply with these rules.


1. Definitions 
1.1. For the purposes of these Rules, the following terms shall have the following meanings:
1.1.1. Account – the account created by the Customer on the website www.hansapost.ee.
1.1.2. Suspension of the use of the Account – Hansapost.ee actions initiated independently or in accordance with the Seller's notice if the Customer violates the terms of use of the website, these rules, privacy policy, and Hansapost.ee other terms and conditions. If the use of the Client's account is suspended, the Client is prohibited from using the benefits offered to the members of "MinuHansa" until the suspension is lifted.
1.1.3. "MinuHansa" means Hansapost.ee a feasible loyalty program that is intended for and can be used only by registered Hansapost.ee customers and during the implementation of which additional benefits are provided to Hansapost.ee members in accordance with the procedures established in these Rules.
1.1.4. "MinuHansa" member – a natural person registered at Hansapost.ee who has created an account and who has expressed a wish to become a member of the loyalty program in accordance with the procedure established in these rules.
1.1.5. Registered customer - a client who has created a personal account at Hansapost.ee.
1.1.6. Privacy Policy – the rules set out in regulation of the processing of your personal data at Hansapost.ee.
1.1.7. Rules - these "MinuHansa" rules.
1.1.8. Hansapost.ee - Hobby Hall Group OÜ, a private limited company established and operating in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia, with the registry code 14628015, Luite 19a, 11313 Harjumaa, Tallinn, the Republic of Estonia, which offers its products and services on the website and maintains www.hansapost.ee website;
 1.1.9. Website – a website available at www.hansapost.ee.

2. Benefits offered to members of "MinuHansa"
2.1. By becoming a member of "MinuHansa", you acquire the right to receive the additional benefits offered by Hansapost.ee on a regular basis. 
2.2. The list of benefits offered is not exhaustive and is constantly updated.
2.3. The following additional benefits are offered to members of "MinuHansa":
2.3.1. Free delivery code once a month to Omiva parcel machine, for the purchase amount over 30 €;
2.3.2. Up to 40-day return period for the Seller's Hansapost.ee products as usual 30-instead of a daily return period. Remember that the return of quality goods must also comply with the general rules for returning the goods, i.e. the returned goods must be unused and its packaging intact;
2.3.3. Promotional codes for the purchase of goods;
2.3.4. Advance information on sales;
2.3.5. Free delivery days (members of "MinuHansa" are the first to be notified);
2.3.6. Hansapost.ee personal discounts and the possibility to track personal discounts in a specially designated place;
2.3.7. Reminders about the hansaraha balance and their expiration by SMS and e-mail;
2.3.8. The program "Buy and save on the next purchase" (1% of the value of the shopping cart is accumulated by members in Hansaraha, which can be used for other purchases, even 5-10 times more during special offers).
2.3.9. Personal greetings (birthday surprises, name day congratulations);
2.3.10. After adding the goods to the "Wish list", information about changes in the price of the goods will be sent to the e-mail. We also inform you if the residue of the product marked as pleasant is reduced to a few units;
 

3. How to become a member of "MinuHansa"?

3.1. Only registered clients who have expressed their wish to receive additional benefits from "MinuHansa" may become members of "MinuHansa". Only natural persons may become members of "MinuHansa".
3.2. In order to become a member of "MinuHansa", a registered user must familiarize himself/herself with these Rules. Becoming a member of the club is automatic, and no additional registration is required. 
3.3. If you do not have Hansapost.ee account, it is necessary to register and create an account before becoming a member of "MinuHansa". 
3.4. Also, when registering an account, you can express your wish to become a member of "MinuHansa". 
3.5. The personal data of club members are processed in accordance with the procedure established by the Hansapost.ee privacy policy, which can be viewedhere.
3.6. Members of "MinuHansa" can exercise their rights in accordance with the procedure set out in the Privacy Policy. 
3.7. Employees of Hobby Hall Group OÜ cannot join the "MinuHansa" loyalty program. 


4. How long is the membership of "MinuHansa" valid?
4.1. Membership is valid as long as you wish to terminate your membership in the "MinuHansa" loyalty program. You can cancel your MinuHansa membership both in your personal account and by e-mail:[email protected].
4.2. Membership also ends:
4.2.1. After deleting Hansapost.ee account;
4.2.2. After receiving a request to delete your personal data;
4.2.3. After your account is suspended for violating Hansapost.ee applicable rules;
4.2.4. After the Hansapost.ee cancels the "MinuHansa" loyalty program;
4.2.5. If you violate these Rules or otherwise harm the loyalty program of "MinuHansa" or Hansapost.ee yourself and/or violate the rights and/or legitimate interests of other "MinuHansa" members.
4.2.6. We have received your request to refuse analytical or target cookies.
 4.2.7. After the expiration of the membership of "MinuHansa", you will no longer receive additional benefits. Your Hansapost.ee account will not be automatically cancelled and will remain active after the end of your "MinuHansa" membership.

5. Final provisions
5.1. Hansapost.ee has the right to change, suspend or terminate these rules of activity of "MinuHansa" at any time without prior notice. In this case, you have the right to use the benefits offered to you until the suspension of "MinuHansa" and no new benefits will be offered. Any changes to the rules will be publicly announced on the website Hansapost.ee.
5.2. In the event of a change in the terms and conditions of offering the benefits of "MinuHansa" (for example, market conditions, legislation, etc.), Hansapost.ee has the right to change the scope and/or manner of granting the benefits, as well as to suspend and/or terminate their provision. If you do not agree with such changes, you have the right to withdraw from "MinuHansa" at any time.
