That’s thanks to the cardioid characteristic — it picks up sound only in the front of the microphone. Additional clarity points are added through the included pop filter, an external panel of mesh that blocks the “explosive” consonants. We also added an anti-shock mount that helps isolate the microphone from the vibrations carried through the desk whenever you slap it in anger.

Keyboard, notes, ring light… It’s good to have everything within reach when you’re streaming or recording a video. So we included a handy arm mount with the Solum Streaming Onyx White — to free up desk space for more important things.
