Before using or registering Hansapost.ee (the "Website"), you must carefully read these Terms of Use. By registering on the Website, you expressly agree to accept the Terms of Use. If you do not accept the Terms of Use, you may not use the website that is available www.hansapost.ee on the website.

1.1.9. Seller means a natural or legal person who offers their products and services through the website individually and with whom the Customer decides to enter into a purchase agreement.
1.1.10. Purchase Agreement means the purchase and sale agreement concluded between the Customer and Hobby Hall Group OÜ or the Seller, the wording of which is published on the website /t/E-poe_reeglitega
1.1.11. Website means the website available at www.hansapost.ee.
1.1.12. Wishlist means the list of goods on the website created and saved by a registered customer.
1.1.13. Shopping cart means the list of goods that the registered customer has chosen and wants to buy.
2. SERVICES
Both registered customers and customers who are not registered and do not have an account can browse the website and purchase goods through them. The services provided by Hansapost.ee can be used through a web browser if there is an Internet connection. Unregistered customers have the opportunity to view only part of the content of the website, but cannot use the services provided by Hansapost.ee only to registered customers, which are listed below.

Wish list and reminders |
Hansapost.ee gives you the opportunity to create a wishlist of goods in your personal account, with the help of which you have the opportunity to save the selected goods to the wishlist at any time or delete them from it. Hasanpost.ee, taking into account the wish list that you have compiled, will inform you by e-mail about the decrease in the prices of the goods you stored. Hansapost.ee, taking into account the wish list created by you, will notify you of a decrease in the amount of your stored goods when it decreases to 2 units. The above-mentioned notifications are an integral part of the wishlist service and are not considered direct marketing. However, you have the right to opt out of these notifications at any time by making the appropriate choices in your account self-service or by clicking on the opt-out link in the notification you receive. |
Items and reminders added to the shopping cart |
Items added to your shopping cart will be stored in the shopping cart for up to 90 days. If you do not purchase the relevant item in the shopping cart within 90 days, it will be automatically removed from the shopping cart. Hansapost.ee will send you e-mail reminders about items added to your shopping cart and those that have not been purchased. Reminders about items left in your shopping cart are meant to remind you of the steps you need to take to make a purchase and are not considered direct marketing. However, you have the right to opt out of these reminders at any time by selecting them in your account self-service or by clicking on the opt-out link in the reminder. |

Hansapost.ee has the right to reward you by giving you "Hansaraha" euros at its discretion. For more information on "Hansaraha" euros, see Here. "Hansaraha" euros are of limited validity. You can check the validity period of the accumulated "Hansaraha" euros in your personal Hanasapost.ee account. Hansapost.ee will inform you of the expiration date of your "Hansaraha" euros by e-mail. Studies |
Hansapost.ee can ask for your opinion on the goods you have purchased by sending you a corresponding e-mail. When you receive an email with survey questions, you have the right to choose whether or not you participate in the survey and answer questions. The survey is carried out for statistical and internal administrative purposes, therefore, emails asking to share opinions about purchased goods are not considered direct marketing. However, you have the right to opt out of these invitations at any time by making the appropriate choices in your account self-service or by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the email you receive. |

3.1. You have the right to register on the Website and/or Application to access or use some additional services available only to registered customers.
3.2. Your registration on the website and/or app is free of charge.
3.3. To create an account, you must use an email address that belongs to you. You can register only one account per email address. To create an account, you must confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms of Use, Hansapost.ee Privacy Policy and Purchase and Sale Policy.
3.4. All information you provide during the opening of your account and during or after using your account must be accurate and correct.
3.5. By registering and/or using the website, you disclose and confirm to Hansapost.ee and the seller that the information and/or data and/or documents submitted to Hansapost.ee are accurate and up-to-date and will remain so on a daily basis until the purchase agreement is executed and your account is closed.
3.6. Hansapost.ee reserves the right to refuse to open an account for you at its sole discretion without giving you a reason.
3.7. You are not allowed to share, transfer, or allow your account and login credentials to be used by third parties. You are solely responsible for the confidentiality and security of your login information and for any actions that may be taken from your account.
3.8. If you have any doubts about the loss, theft, illegal appropriation, unauthorized use or other compromise of your account, login details, password or other security feature, we recommend that you change your password. If you become aware of any loss, theft, appropriation or unauthorized use of your account, login data, password or other security features, you must immediately contact Hansapost.ee. Unjustified delays in notifying Hansapost.ee will not only affect the security of your account, but may also cause you to be responsible for any damage incurred.
3.9. After receiving a notification about the problem specified in clause 2.8 of the Terms of Use, the Hansapost.ee will make reasonable efforts to suspend the use of your account. Hansapost.ee does not guarantee that your account will be suspended immediately. Hansapost.ee do not accept responsibility for the fact that the use of the account was not immediately suspended or took longer than you would have expected.
3.10. By agreeing to the Terms of Use, you represent and warrant that all actions taken under your account (including, but not limited to, purchasing, posting, clicking check boxes for confirmation, changing information, ordering, placing orders or making payments, and more) will be deemed to have been performed solely by you.
3.11. As a condition of access to and use of the Website, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the Website.
3.12. By agreeing to the Terms of Use, you agree to use the website only for your own use. All business activities, offers to purchase, links to other websites or applications and other activities on the Website are prohibited.
3.13. The Terms of Use apply to you together privacy policyand terms of purchase.
3.14. You can close your account at any time by sending your request to the Hansapost.ee website. Once Hansapost.ee has received the request and it has been processed, your ability to use your account will be suspended.
3.15. After the expiry of your account, Hansapost.ee will retain your account information for six months. During this period, you can ask Hansapost.ee to restore your account without losing information by submitting a written request to the contacts indicated on Hansapost.ee website/application.
3.16. If you do not change your mind during the suspension period, your account will be deleted.
3.17. After completion, all information that you have made public will remain on Hansapost.ee website.
3.18. Hansapost.ee reserves the right to suspend any account or permanently delete your accounts due to violations of these Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and other terms and conditions and rules provided on the Website, or for illegal or inappropriate use of the Website, the services provided thereon.
3.19. If your account is suspended, you will not be able to purchase Hansapost.ee or use Hansapost.ee services on the Website.
3.20. If you have violated the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and other terms and conditions and rules provided on the Website, and your account has been suspended, you may contact the Hansapost.ee team for more information regarding your violation and account status.
4. BUYING PROCESS
4.1. Each customer can use the website either with a registered account or without registering. The email address used to register your account cannot be used for unregistered purchases, as you will be asked to log in to your account if the email address provided is recognized as registered on the Website.
4.2. For registered customers, the first step in the purchase process is to navigate to the website and log in to their account.
4.3. Once you have found the product you want to buy, click on the "Add to Cart" button. Next to the goods, you will be shown information about the person who sells the goods, including whether the person selling the goods is a person engaged in a commercial or professional activity. You will also be shown the price of the goods, in the case of a discount, the earlier price before the price reduction. From there, after check-out, you will be taken to a page where you will need to enter shipping and billing information. Once you have entered the information and selected the desired shipping method, click on the final confirmation icon to place an order.
4.4. Once you have placed an order, you enter into a contract with a specific seller (the current rules of the Purchase – Sale Agreement can be found in the Here)
4.5. Once you have paid for the ordered products, your order will be forwarded to the sellers who sell the products you have ordered.
4.6. Hansapost.ee will notify you of the status of your order via email and text message.
5. CONTENT OF THE WEBSITE/APP
5.1. The website contains lists, descriptions and pictures of the products and services made available by the Hansapost.ee.
5.2. Hansapost.ee are not responsible for the completeness, accuracy, reliability, validity or timeliness of lists, descriptions or images (including all features, specifications and prices on the Website). Such information and the availability of the products listed on the Website are subject to change at any time without notice.
5.3. Certain products may be labeled with an age limit or only for people of a certain age. By ordering goods with an age limit, you confirm that you meet the age limit.
5.4. Hansapost.ee allows you to search for goods offered on the website when making a query. When you make a query, you will be provided with information about the criteria used to determine the ranking of the goods presented as a result of the search.
6. FEEDBACK, REVIEWS, COMMENTS, NOTIFICATIONS AND MORE
6.1. Hansapost.ee gives you the right to comment, post content and communicate. Hansapost.ee also allows you to access reviews submitted by other customers for the product in question, including information about the person who provided the review and an explanation of the conditions under which Hansapost.ee provides reviews for the product.
6.2. By posting any information, content or material on the website, you grant Hansapost.ee an irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free and sublicensable right, valid for the duration of the respective rights, to display, transmit, distribute, publish, duplicate, adapt, modify, translate, create derivative works and otherwise use any and all content in any form Hansapost.ee at its sole discretion for any purpose that may be useful to Hansapost.ee. By agreeing to the Terms of Use, you declare and confirm that you have all the rights to grant such a license to Hansapost.ee.
6.3. You agree that Hansapost.ee is free to use any ideas that you have submitted or disclosed for any purpose. Hansapost.ee may sublicense their rights to content and ideas through multiple sub-license tiers. Hansapost.ee shall under no circumstances, and will in the future, be obliged to:
6.3.1. keep any content or ideas confidential;
6.3.2. pay compensation for any content or idea; nor
6.3.3. comply with any content or idea.
6.4. The Client, acknowledges and agrees that the content, post or opinion expressed by him/her:
6.4.1. be true, accurate and legal;
6.4.2. not deceptive, harmful or misleading.
6.5. The Customer is prohibited from disclosing any illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory content, content that violates intellectual property rights (including publicity rights) or is otherwise harmful or objectionable to third parties, as well as content consisting of software viruses or containing software viruses, political campaigns, offers for sale, chain letters, mass mailings or content containing any form of spam or unsolicited commercial electronic messages.
6.6. Content is considered prohibited if it:
6.6.1. is false, deceptive, inaccurate or misleading;
6.6.2. violates any laws or is otherwise violating the rights of persons;
6.6.3. is protected by or infringes other (including Hansapost.ee) rights, including any patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret, disclosure or privacy right or any other right of ownership, without the express prior written consent of the relevant owner;
6.6.4. is obscene, indecent, pornographic or otherwise objectionable;
6.6.5. is derogatory, defamatory, threatening, harassing, offensive, defamatory, hateful or embarrassing to any other person or entity as determined by Hansapost.ee at its sole discretion;
6.6.6. persecutes, harasses, humiliates or intimidates an individual or group of individuals on the basis of religion, sex, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, age or disability;
6.6.7. is violent or threatening or promotes violence or any actions that are threatening to any person or group;
6.6.8. contains advertisements, offers or spam links to other websites or private persons without Hansapost.ee prior written permission;
6.6.9. impersonates another company, person or entity, including Hansapost.ee, related entities, employees and representatives;
6.6.10. violates any rules published on the website and in the application;
6.6.11. is intended to damage, damage, block or otherwise interfere with Hansapost.ee website or Hansapost.ee cooperation partners.
6.7. If you publish the content specified in clauses 5.5 and 5.6 of these Terms of Use, or if Hansapost.ee or any third party proves that the information you have disclosed does not meet the criteria defined in clause 5.4 of these Terms of Use, you are fully responsible. 6.9. Hansapost.ee reserves the right (but not the obligation) in its sole discretion to monitor, evaluate and analyze the content of the website and any use of and access to them, including determining compliance with the Terms of Use and other rules of conduct that Hansapost.ee may have established.
6.10. Hansapost.ee also has the right (but not the obligation) at its discretion to edit, move, delete or refuse to publish the content made available through the website for any reason, including violation of the Terms of Use, be they legal or other reasons.
6.11. Notwithstanding the above-mentioned right, the customer is solely responsible for the content made available by him and agrees to indemnify Hansapost.ee for all claims arising from the content made available by him.
7. HANSAPOST. EE RIGHTS
7.1. Hansapost.ee has the right to change, suspend or interrupt some or all of the features of the website, as well as to change the design of the elements of the website at its discretion. Among other things, Hansapost.ee has the right to change the offered services and their content, including, but not limited to, for the purpose of further development of services, adaptation of services to the new technical environment or other important reasons related to substantive changes in services. Information about changes to the Services will be provided to you on Hansapost.ee website.
7.2. Hansapost.ee has the right to suspend or terminate Hansapost.ee website at any time without prior notice at its sole discretion. In this case, all accepted and confirmed orders Hansapost.ee and new orders can no longer be placed through the website of the Hansapost.ee e-shop.
7.3. Hansapost.ee has the right to update the services and their contents in order to ensure the compliance of the offered service with these Terms of Use, including to ensure the security of the use of the service. Information about updates will be provided to you on Hansapost.ee website.
7.4. In the event of a change in the terms and conditions of the service (for example, a change in market conditions, changes in legislation, etc.), Hansapost.ee has the right to change the scope or manner of provision of services, suspend or interrupt the service. In the event that the client does not agree with the changes, he should stop using Hansapost.ee services.
7.5. If the Client tries to damage the stability, security or performance of Hansapost.ee work, Hansapost.ee has the right, at its discretion, to immediately suspend or terminate the Client's access to Hansapost.ee website or cancel the Client's account without notice.
8. THIRD PARTY WEBSITES
8.1. References to the name, mark, products or services of third parties on the Website, or links to third party websites or information, do not constitute endorsement, sponsorship or recommendation of the third party or its information, products or services.
8.2. Hansapost.ee shall not be liable for the content of any website related to any third party or for any link contained on the linked website, including any other social media or mobile application platform of the third party with which Hansapost.ee works or otherwise interacts, nor shall Hansapost.ee be liable for the actions or omissions of the operator of any such website or platform. Use of the third-party website or platform is at your own risk and is governed by the third party's terms and conditions (including its privacy policy).
9. CONFIDENTIALITY
9.1. We acknowledge that during the provision of our services, we receive information that is personal, confidential and/or proprietary in nature, including, but not limited to, your personal information and/or other information and documents you provide, as well as information related to your relationship with Hansapost.ee. Therefore, we agree to keep all confidential information in confidence and compliance with the terms of confidentiality, and we acknowledge that it will only be used for the purposes necessary to provide the Services and will not be used for any other purpose or disclosed to any third party.
9.2. The obligation of confidentiality applies whenever otherwise agreed and in cases where Hansapost.ee information is required to be disclosed by law or by lawful decision of an authority, or where such information is already publicly available.
10. NO WARRANTY CLAUSE
10.1. Hansapost.ee accepts no responsibility for the results obtained from the use of the Website, Hansapost.ee systems, services, information or content. Their use is at your sole risk.
10.2. The website, application, Hansapost.ee systems, information, services and content are provided on an "as is" basis. Hansapost.ee, its licensors and suppliers disclaim, to the fullest extent permitted by law, all warranties, express or implied, statutory or otherwise, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, non-infringement of third party rights, and fitness for a particular purpose. Hansapost.ee and its affiliates, licensors and suppliers assume no responsibility or make any warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, security or timeliness of the content, information or services contained in or provided through the Website or Hansapost.ee Systems. 11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by applicable law, and to the extent that Hansapost.ee is otherwise found to be liable for damages, Hansapost.ee shall be liable only for actual, proven and justifiable damages. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hansapost.ee, its affiliates, licensors, suppliers or third parties named on the Website shall in no event be liable for incidental, indirect, fictitious or punitive damages, loss of profits or damages resulting from loss of data or business interruption arising out of or inability to use the Website, Hansapost.ee systems, information, services or content, whether by warranty, contract, tort, or any on the basis of other legal theory and whether Hansapost.ee will be notified of the possibility of such damage or not. To the extent permitted by law, the legal remedies provided to you in the Terms of Use are the only ones and are expressly limited to those set out in the Terms of Use. Limitations of liability do not apply to the extent that they are limited by applicable law.

12.1. The content of the website, such as text, graphics, images, trademarks, service marks, logos and other material, is protected under the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, the European Union and the respective Member State of the European Union under copyright and other intellectual property laws and is the property of Hansapost.ee. You may not sell, modify, reproduce, display, publicly perform, distribute, create derivative works or otherwise use or exploit the content of the website for any public or commercial purpose. 12.2. You acknowledge that Hansapost.ee holds exclusive rights to Hansapost.ee trademarks. You may not use Hansapost.ee as part of any product, service, domain or company name, and may not, during the term of the legal relationship between you and Hansapost.ee, perform or permit any action that is contrary to the exclusive rights of Hansapost.ee trademark, unless you received Hansapost.ee prior consent, and in this case to the extent strictly provided by consent. Nothing in these Terms of Use grants you ownership of the Website or any rights in relation thereto, other than what is necessary to access the Website and use Hansapost.ee services. 13. COMPLAINTS
13.1. If you are not satisfied with the services offered by Hansapost.ee website, you can submit your complaint to Hansapost.ee customer service. You must clearly state that you wish to make a complaint. This helps to distinguish a complaint from a mere query.
14. FINAL PROVISIONS
14.1. Applicable law and jurisdiction. The Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Purchase Agreement and other documents (if any) are governed by and interpreted on the basis of the legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia. All disagreements arising from or related to the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Purchase Agreement and other documents (if any) shall be resolved in accordance with the procedure indicated in the Purchase – Sale Agreement.
14.2. Validity. The Terms of Use are valid as long as you use the website. You are subject to the version of the Terms of Use that was in effect at the time the relevant services were provided to you.
14.3. Changes. Terms of Use and Additional Terms are subject to change. Information about the changes will be made available to you on the Hansapost.ee website. If you do not agree with the amendments, you may terminate your contract with Hansapost.ee in accordance with the Terms of Use.
14.4. Invalidity. If any court or judicial authority finds that any provision of the Terms of Use is invalid, unenforceable or illegal, the other provisions shall remain in force and effect, and that provision shall be amended to the extent possible to ensure its validity, enforceability and legality.
14.5. Executability. None of the provisions of the Terms of Use may be intended for compliance by persons other than You and Hansapost.ee.
