Convenient delivery by courier home

NB! The courier delivers the order only to the door of the house / stairwell.

The delivery of the parcel can be confirmed in three ways:

1) signature of the recipient;

2) the recipient is offered to take a photo with the parcel or next to it. The picture is taken using a special scanner;

3) the recipient shows his ID-card remotely, and the courier enters the last 5 digits of the document number into the scanner (does not necessarily have to be a personal identification code). Suitable documents: passport, ID card, driver's license, residence permit.

If you want the goods to be delivered to your home, choose a courier for delivery.

 Courier service

  •          The goods will be delivered to you within 1-3 working days from the moment you receive a notification by SMS about the readiness of the goods.
  •          You can pay for the goods via the Internet Bank (Swedbank, SEB), by bank transfer (after receiving the invoice)
  •          Parcels are delivered in the open air and contactlessly.
  •          Parcels are delivered to private persons Mon-Fri 8-20 and Sat 10-15 (to agree on a more detailed time, the recipient of the parcel will be called in advance). The time of delivery depends on the possibility of delivery at the respective destination.
  •          Parcels are delivered to legal persons Mon-Fri 8-17. The time of delivery depends on the possibility of delivery at the respective destination

  • Products up to 1 kg - € 3,99
  • Products over 1 kg - € 5,99
  • Products over 5 kg - € 7,99
  • Products over 10 kg - € 8,99
  • Products over 15 kg - € 12,49
  • Products over 20 kg - € 12,49
  • Products over 30 kg - € 19,99
  • Products over 50 kg - € 32,99
  • Products over 100 kg - € 32,99
  • Products over 200 kg - € 39,99
  • Products over 300 kg - € 44,99
  • Products over 600 kg - € 49,99
  • Products over 800 kg - € 54,99

If the circumference, length or weight of the product exceeds the norms set by couriers, then the delivery fee is calculated based on the volume of the parcel. You can see the exact shipping price for each product separately.

NB!

* Before receiving the goods and signing the act of receipt, check in the presence of the courier that the packaging of the goods is not damaged. If you notice a defect upon receipt of the parcel, please mark it on the sales invoice issued for signing. In the presence of a courier, an employee of the Hansapost pick-up point or an employee of the post office, prepare a free-form report describing the fault or defect in the product / packaging. We are not responsible for defects caused by the manufacturer and for their missing parts, which could be noticed when looking at them.

* Orders containing several products may also receive several different shipments - according to the time of sending the ordered goods out of the warehouse, parcels may also arrive to you on different days.
